Lua Chea is a flat in a large 19th century house that retains all the charm of the period. Located in the heart of Sabarís, this 300-metre accommodation with a large outdoor terrace has respected the original construction by adding modern elements that harmonise with the elegance of the house. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and reading or relaxation area, with large windows overlooking the exterior and a bay window with the charm of the old, glazed, classic and somewhat romantic flavour of this room. The other bedroom is smaller with two beds and a window with lots of natural light. We continue to the living room with sofa bed, tv and games area which also has access to the bay window and plenty of natural light. A French bathroom with its original floor and stone walls and a shower with rain effect shower screen has been added. Finished with original details in this bathroom. A small office with fridge, washing machine, microwave and kitchen utensils completes this accommodation. This functional space leads to the wonderful terrace, where you can have breakfast watching the beautiful sunrises of the area, take the air and the sun, listen to the birds and smell the flowers.  Lua Chea's nostalgic and stately air of two centuries ago gives it a very marked character, as its architecture and design, its original elements, floors, walls, windows, take us back to another era with essence and charm.
