Private accommodation in a large historic house of the area with more than II centuries of antiquity nestled in a privileged environment near the sea and the mountains, is this wonderful accommodation which combines the new with the old, creating an atmosphere of comfort and tradition, giving a feeling of warmth. Its two bedrooms, one double with a romantic air in soft tones and the other with a trundle bed, more fun and with touches of colour, have large walk-in wardrobes and access to a glazed veranda through which natural light enters and you can enjoy the views of the outside. Next to them is the rustic style bathroom, bathtub and marine touches (we are very close to the sea and beaches). We arrive at an impressive and luminous living room, with furniture from different periods that combines comfortable sofas, television area, work area, relaxation area with underfloor heating that gives access to a large kitchen that preserves the traditional style of the house with the comfort and current equipment. Next to it is a glazed veranda, with a dining and living area with a fireplace and views of the green area, incredible.  A small toilet and laundry area complete this room.The magnificent garden of 2000 m with private access, where hydrangeas and different flowers give colour in summer. The magnificent trees of hundreds of years (magnolias, camellias, pines), give shade and serve as a home for the birds, their chirping is the relaxing sound you hear when you are in it.Tables, enclosed outdoor areas, terrace, hammocks, plenty of space and different nooks and crannies. The garden area can be shared with guests of the different accommodations of the villa if there are any at the time of your stay, although its size does not detract too much privacy.
